32nd Annual Amelia Island Antiques Show & Sale

This annual antiques show and sale to benefit the Amelia Island Restoration Foundation will be held at the Atlantic Avenue Recreation Center. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $5. Food will be available. For more information please call King Antique Shows at (904) 269-2431.

An annual spring event that brings together a remarkable collection of vintage automobiles, from classic touring cars to historic race-winning one-of-a-kind vehicles. Each event features a well-known car marquee and a world-famous Honorary Chairman. Vehicles are displayed and judged, with prizes for Best in Show, Best in Class, and other significant categories.

The Annual Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival features an array of activities for adults and children. The Shrimp Festival will dish out boatloads of fresh seafood and shrimp dishes, as local volunteer organizations prepare and serve an astounding assortment of menu items, including shrimp pie, shrimp twisters, crawfish, and shrimp ice cream. The Fine Arts and Crafts show will feature works from more than 300 award-winning artists and craftspeople. Families will enjoy the “Little Pirate” costume contest, pre-festival Pirate Parade, and the Family Fun Zone.(find out more).

More than 40 cooking teams from across the country will compete for up to $20,000 in cash and prizes.
