Hoyt House

We are pleased to announce that steps from The Hoyt House is our new venture, David’ Restaurant & Lounge. We are so excited to bring New York quality, sophisticated customer service and upscale atmosphere to Amelia Island. A true labor of love, we have furnished  David’s with mahogany woods, tile floors and a copper coffered ceiling to  make for a once in a lifetime dining experience.  Our main dining room has a unique style of old world charm and a contemporary relaxed atmosphere.   David’s also has a private wine room that accommodates up to 14 guests and will offer an intimate chef table experience.  For your pleasure, we will have live music on the weekends in our comfortable lounge, an impressive wine selection and the finest cuisine.

As for our menu, from fresh Local Shrimp to Flying Duck Pot Pie, we can satisfy any appetite. Chilean Sea Bass, English Channel Dover Sole, and our signature dish Seafood Risotto are only a few of the many seafood entrees. We also serve the finest Prime meats Filet Oscar, New York Strips, and juicy Ribeyes. Our Prix Fixe offers three courses for just $35 per person and is available 5-6:30 PM, Sunday-Thursday Night. In addition, we will offer a unique bar menu and martini selection in the lounge daily at 4 PM. Mouthwatering creations by our Executive Chef, Robert Camp. His culinary style of elegant presentations, southern flair  and artful use of only the best ingredients makes dining at David’s a truly unique experience.

For larger gatherings and special events, our banquet room holds up to 50 guests. Only a half block from the Hoyt House, you can  enjoy a ceremony in our lush gardens and have a  reception in David’s private banquet room.  We welcome rehearsal dinners or corporate meetings as well.

We highly recommend making a reservation to dine with us at David’s.  The attire is casual resort wear in our dining room, long pants for gentlemen.
