Policy: A non refundable deposit of 1,000.00 is required for mansion rental.  Full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund once monies have been paid. We do not offer travel insurance, and there is a 3% credit card convenience fee for payments made by credit card. Personal checks are welcomed 60 days prior to arrival. A 15% gratuity charge will be added to your final bill check-out. (Some restriction dates may apply. Pet Friendly in certain rooms, an additional pet fee of 25.00 per night per dog is incurred.
