The Wedding Venue being the Hoyt House will take you back to the early 1900’s and the splendor of years gone by. Enjoy the amazing gardens and use them for a natural backdrop for your pictures and videos. From two to twenty four guests for indoor or outdoor dining and dancing or just have a few of your closest friends for an Elegant Cocktail Reception with romantic seating areas and dance floor over the pool. The Gazebo finished with flowers, baby’s breath and flowering vines or even have a candle lit ceremony under the stars. Use a natural backdrop an Amelia Island sunset and create a unique ceremony on our Yacht or waterfront venue.

Mansion Rental

The Mansion can be rented for Weddings with a total of 20 guests for a two night minimum stay and enjoy The Hoyt House all to yourself  for your exclusive private Wedding. We can accommodate for your Wedding Reception up to 30 guests for sit-down or buffet style reception. Our exclusive caterer will make sure no detail is missed.  Accommodations for any remaining guests not staying at The Hoyt House can stay at our sister properties all within walking distance of The Hoyt House.  You have the mansion for two nights, so a rehearsal dinner can be offered on the night before your ceremony in our dining room.  Your private wedding is just not one  night, but a weekend to remember! Your Mansion Rental Includes:

• All of the guest suites (10 rooms) for Two Night Stay
• Unlimited use of Mansion during stay
• Use of Pool & Spa Amenities
• Use of Free Wi-Fi throughout mansion and pool area
