We pledge to make our B&B as safe and welcoming as possible. We take great care in the cleanliness and serenity of our property. We know that we all need to feel safe. We want you to feel safe. We are working very hard to keep our space clean for our family and guests.

For the safety of our guests and our staff, the following changes are in place:


[] Hand sanitizer and Kleenex are placed throughout the property for guest use.
[] Front and rear doors are kept locked at all times.  One week prior to you stay, you will receive an email with your code for the front door.  The day of your visit you will receive a text on your cell phone with the CODE for the front and back doors to use after 3:00pm check in.  At that time, you will be given keys to go and come as you please to you room. This is to ensure non-guests are not walking through the property for the safety of guests and staff.
[] We have reinstated our afternoon social hour in the pub.      


[] We are continuing to thoroughly clean & disinfect our rooms. 
[] Daily room service is temporarily suspended.  Should you require fresh towels during your stay, we will provide them.   We ask for you to leave towels outside your door to be picked up by staff when your replacements are delivered.
[] Please respect our home and do not bring food into your room (light snacks are ok). We welcome you to use the front porch or back pool area for any meals you may have taken away. We don't like unwanted bugs.
[] Should your garbage fill up, please remove the bag, tie the tops and set it outside your door for housekeeping to remove. There are extra bags in the can.


[] Guests are assigned a seating time to ensure everyone practices safe distancing.  First seating 8:00am
    Second seating 9:00am - please specify
[] Coffee and Tea service is available from 7:00 am - 9:30 am fresh brewed and we have Keurig for 24 hour service


[] Cancellation policy - We have returned to our normal cancellation policy of minimum of 14 days prior to your stay, there will be a $50.00 cancellation charge, however, if you cancel within 14 days of your stay, you will be charged for the deposit.  IF you cancel 1 day prior or day of your stay, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
