Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy – $50.00 Processing Fee – We understand that emergencies happen to everyone. Each persons’ reasons for cancelling are important to them. Therefore, these policies are fair and equal to all, and we highly suggest travel insurance: www.insuremytrip.com in case of emergency.
- Cancellations greater than 14 days before arrival will result in a refund of the deposit less the $50.00 Processing Fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 to 8 days of arrival will result in the deposit, less the $50.00 cancellation fee, held by issuing a Gift Certificate to be used within 1 year from issue date or will be forfeited/lost. No Exceptions.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less of arrival will result in the loss of entire deposit.
- Cancellations made 2 days or less from arrival will result in guest required to pay for entire reservation.
- Cancellations for reservations with multiple rooms greater than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee per room and a refund of the balance of the deposit.
- Cancellations for reservations with multiple rooms within 14 days of arrival will result in loss of deposits.
- Cancellations for Holidays and Special Events require a 30 day minimum prior to check in and will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee for each room. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event, then will result in loss of the entire deposit.
- Failure to check-in or cancel a reservation within 2 days of arrival will result in the entire reservation being charged.
- If the Inn is closed due to a storm-related evacuation order or pandemic, deposits will be fully refunded.
